Payments
- We only accept payment via credit card and Paypal G&S.
- Payment service fees are to be borne by the customer.
Warranties and Servicing
- A standard warranty period of 6 months upon purchase applies to Commonwealth Photonics night vision products.
- The warranty does not cover tube blemishes or user damage.
- The warranty does not cover accessories unless specified otherwise.
Shipping and Deliveries
- Shipping costs are estimated upon checkout and will be borne by the customer.
- We ship to any state and address within ANZAC
- We are not liable for any damage or loss of products during transit.
- Customers should inspect their package upon delivery and report any issues promptly.
Returns and Refunds
- We accept returns within a 7 day period from delivery, with shipping costs to be borne by the customer. Refunds will then be processed once inspection of the returned products is complete.
- Customers must state a valid reason and provide evidence for returns, eg defects or damages.
- Superficial complaints will not be accepted as valid reasons for returns.
